  • Personal selling will be directly form the bikers to the customers, they will be the ones that will meet the customers, the administrator will be responsible of the reviews of the customers and the responsible on taking order and answering doubts to the customers.

Product and service planning:

  • Product and brand positioning as seen in the survey can be seen that it can grow towards competition now that the product of healthy food is still not that known and this can give opportunity of growth to the company.

  • Warranties in our product will be stated in 2 situations, the first situation will be when the product arrives and the product does not comply to the customer needs, for this the service will need to be repeated now that a new product must be made and must be delivered again to the person also giving a discount for the time taken, the other time of guarantee will be at the time of satisfaction, if we see the client is not satisfied and we see a reasonable cause a totally free product will be given to the client giving service quality to the client.

  • Packaging for cost purposes will be made of recycled carton with the logo of our organization and with a good organization of the food for it to be seem pleasant.

To determine the prices of our products, we analyze the prices of our competitors, in order to make a correct decision for pricing. So when we know the prices of our competitors, we decided to assign a lower price. Aiming to be preferred to the consumer, to generate an accessible price and also be able to compete with other companies. And so in the future when we achieve as many loyal customers we can increase the price of our products.

Distribution

Our distribution channel is our domiciliary, being that they are those who manage direct contact with the customer, distributing the product to the consumer.
