The key elements to take in account when we are looking at the rivalry in our industries are: looking at the delivery service that the restaurants have in distinct geographical area, also we need to take in account the way in which our competitors are using their virtual portals to access to their clients, the amount of sales and locations food industries contain also help to know where the firm can be located and where it can distribute and for last it is very important to see the advertisement methods’ they use (social networks, tv, bulletins) . If we look at all the variables and aspects that surround the industry it can be sees that the food industry and the fast food industry are getting a lot of power maintaining a very closed market where the name counts, so it is hard to eneter the market but if the firm enters with a brand idea and a new perspective of the fast food market word of mouth could help to give it strength 

Potential Development of Substitutes Products

In our company to create substitute products would bring multiple benefits, since we help generate more income; give more ability to penetrate markets similar to ours, attract more consumers. Create substitute products would allow us to grow and generate profit that is evident in the numbers. Although, these products must be sufficiently innovative and attractive in order to preserve a good place in the food industry. Therefore, we consider it a strength creating substitute products, because we would have more variety to offer.

Bargaining power of suppliers

We have to negotiate with suppliers in the country to obtain cheaper inputs, Because if we import the inputs, we have to pay more, because the Colombia's currency is undervalued, it is also important to search and negotiate with the best quality products for higher product quality

 

Bargaining power of customers

The key aspects to take into account about customers are: To identify their acquisitive power they have to establish fair and competitive prices where our company and our customers win. Also, we need to know the zones where they live and work to install our point of operation in the most strategic place and then respond our customers as fast and as soon as possible. Besides, the actual and possible future trends in food are important because people especially from Bogotá love what is new and the most of the times want to try something new, as a consequence we need to stay in the scope of those possible trends in the healthy food the local customers can choose to get their confidence and loyalty.

For our company, the strongest element of those is where our potential customers live and work because attend them as fast as possible gives us differentiation to the competence and it makes that their confidence and preferences for our company improves every day. In second place is located the acquisitive power of our potential customers because based on that we can establish fair products and if it is possible lower prices than our competence. And finally, the trends are not the less important for us but is the factor that in this case we gave the less weight because initially we have to get customers, penetrate the market and get a position inside it.   

Potential Entry of New Competitors:

For our organization it is really important to understand that when we decide to get in to the market industry, the intensity of competitiveness increase, and we are going to fin barriers to get inside, to gain economies scale quickly, experience, strong customer loyalty, strong brand references, adequate distribution channels, and other important aspects that make us different than others and start promoting our bussiness in the best way, to supply all the necesities that we can detect on the consumer. Here is vital to include strategies and marketing resources, to monitor the new rival's firms, and how they are acting in the market, to work on strenghts and opportunities, to fortify our position and offering the best service to our custumers, implementing quality in our products and be in charge of new potential firm's to act in the right moment with the best capacity to start a change.
