Motivating:

 

To motivate human resources in our company, beside of given them money incentives, we want to see them happy for the work that provided daily.Therefore, we must work every day to make them feel the value of the company and  what we want to offer to our consumers in terms of quality and service.

 

We consider that motivation it is a important factor for a good performance and optimal results on our company, because we need to be in charge of fullfilling the employee’s needs and expectations from work and the workplace factors that enable employee motivation, trying to provide a work environment that creates motivation in people, to give the best of themselves in achieving the company objectives and goals, giving direction to the mission and vision. Even when they understand the importance of motivation, they lack the skill and knowledge to provide a work environment that fosters employee motivation.

 

These are some of the factors that we consider are helpful to motivate our employees, to maintain a good expectation and workplace environment:

 

·      Offer a breakfast per week to the deliverer

·      Celebrate the birthday of our employees

·      Provide bicycle maintenance training for the delivery of our service

·      Provide training of innovative cooking fot our chef

·      Be given them 5 days more available holiday by good performance out of the legal holidays.

·      Two days per month to take one of his sons to work.
