In our company, we know that we must innovate to not evaporate the passage of time. The search for the development of new products or services is vital for our stay in our industry. Through a good process research and development, we can continue to grow to meet the changing needs of our customers and therefore stay ahead of our competitors. Maybe we do not have enough resources for a good R & D, but we can encourage innovation process with the dedication of the charge, which in this case is one of the managers of the company, the same human resources. He would be best suited for this position because he knows the main functions in our processes; besides the needs of any area of the company because it is who performs the inspection function.
We formulate that each month, an inspection is performed on the market according to our sales. The performance of existing products will be measured if it is meeting the needs of our customers, which will be reflected in the number of our sales. If we see a reduction of these, note that other products are frequenting our customers and the reason for that preference. We consider it necessary that through outputs for the manager as forums, chats, or related to R & D activities every six months; where he take note about what they learned to implement it in the company. Is necessary to assess from the beginning the result of the application of new techniques or processes given by the manager responsible for know if is giving benefit is invested in their outputs.
The objective of our R & D is to establish a formal process to maintain our program of research and development aimed. Establish a chronogram from the scheduled release date back. The research and development phase ends when our product is ready for sale to our customers. In the later stages of the program, the emphasis is on manufacturing and marketing activities. A formal review process is essential throughout the program to ensure that the product meets their business, technical and financial objectives at each stage. Holds meetings project to assess the initial ideas, evaluating the initial proposals, test concepts, prepare monitoring costs case the company and reviewing the progress.
